At Barflies Bars, we provide mobile bars for a whole raft of business and social events. However, weddings always top the list in terms of demand. We recognise that although all events are "special" to some degree, weddings are unique occasions, where attention to detail is paramount.
Planning a wedding, though daunting, should be an enjoyable experience. At Barflies Bars, we do all in our power to make sure that arranging a mobile bar for that special day is a pleasure rather than a chore!
Weddings figure strongly in our annual itinerary, with bars being provided at community halls, public buildings, stately homes and specialist wedding venues, along with the ever-popular summer marquees.
We can provide any type of bar you require (see "bar options"), and provide friendly and experienced staff, attired to suit the occasion.
We always have at least one meeting (usually several!) before the special day, to ensure we are absolutely certain of your requirements, and confident arrangements on the day will go without a hitch.
We provide a fully-stocked bar, with a good range of acoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (see "drinks and prices". It is never a difficulty for us to cater for "special requests".
We make sure the bar is assembled and stocked at a time convenient to you, with plenty of time to allow drinks to reach their optimum temperature, and to avoid clashing with the arrival of your guests.
Due to inevitable space constraints, we do not use branded glassware, but quality chrystal glasses can be provided for tables if required (at extra cost). If space is extremely tight, or no water supply is available, we can offer rigid plastic or disposable glasses.
Barflies Bars can provide a total drinks solution, with welcome drinks (see bar options), table wine, "toast" and the the fully-stocked bar, or can leave the greeting and table service to your caterers or yourselves, and concentrate on the bar itself. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to make a charge if you require our bar to be staffed at times when drinks are being provided by organisers or caterers (see "what will it cost").
We are always happy to work closely with any caterers or event professionals you may appoint; indeed we welcome the opportunity to share some meeting time with them, to make sure there are no unforseen "overlaps" on the day.
