At Barflies Bars, we are always keen to keep the cost of our services to a minimum. If you require a "Contract Bar", where drinks are "free" to your guests (see bar options), we will discuss your requirements, and offer you the best possible price for the supply of drinks and the provision of service. For bars where guests pay for either some or all of their own drinks, the information below will give you an idea of approximate costs.
Barflies Bars make every possible effort to minimise the cost of providing a mobile bar facility for your function. However, unlike caterers and entertainers, for example, we have to rely upon indeterminate takings to meet our fixed overheads. Hence, for small events and those where we are not the sole supplier of drinks, we sometimes need to make an initial "setting-up" charge, to ensure we do not operate at a financial loss. This is usually refunded, according to the amount of money generated by the bar (see below).

Please note that drinks supplied by other parties (organisers, caterers etc) at the same function, but at different times to the bar provided by Barflies Bars, are ignored. All that we ask is that any free drinks (bottles of wine, cans of beer, bottles of spirits etc) are removed from public areas before our bar service commences.
IF YOU REQUIRE BARFLIES BARS TO PROVIDE A BAR WHILST DRINK IS ALSO BEING PROVIDED BY ORGANISERS OR OTHERS, OUR CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Of course the above is only part of the equation. Whether you, your guests, or a mixture of the two, are paying for drinks, you do not wish to be over-charged. Some mobile bar companies appear to offer good value, where provision of the bar itself is concerned, but then charge greatly inflated prices for their drinks. At Barflies Bars, we pride ourselves on offering very keen pricing on drinks, all of which are offered at or below normal "lounge bar" prices.
