Conveniently situated, close to the M5, M42 and M50 motorways, Barflies Bars are able to provide licensed mobile bars for large events almost anywhere in England and Wales. However, their normal area of operation is within the 6 counties surrounding their Worcester base. These are Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, West Midlands and Warwickshire.

 

OUR BARS

We can set up a fully-stocked and operational bar for any occasion, at virtually any venue. Many of  the functions we cover take place in village or community halls, or in marquees (see Functions and Venues).

We are happy to make use of any existing bar counter or servery, or we can provide our own. We can assemble bars from 6 feet to 60 feet, so can easily cover different levels of demand.

We provide all the necessary cooling equipment to dispense draught beers, lagers and cider, together with the necessary glassware (glass, rigid plastic or disposable).

Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of bar work; indeed some have been involved with mobile bars for upto 30 years! They are friendly and helpful, and can be attired to suit the occasion. For themed events, we are happy to decorate our bars and staff  accordingly!

We do not have our own towable mobile trailer units, but can hire these in, should an occasion warrant it.

Most of the bars we provide are pay bars, where guests purchase their own drinks, as they would in a pub or restaurant. On occasion, however, we provide contract bars, where we stock and staff the bar, and the bill for the drinks is settled by the organiser(s). As a further option, some clients elect to either pay for a first drink for everybody, or set a limit for free drinks (£300 for example), after which a normal pay bar operates. WHAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

For functions attracting in excess of 100 adult guests, we ask for NO PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT. In fact,  if we  are the sole supplier of drinks, we even PAY FOR THE NECESSARY LICENCE ("Temporary Event Notice") (see Licensing). For other bar sizes and circumstances see "What will it cost". 

Many mobile bar contractors appear to give good value for the provision of the bar itself, but then charge very high prices for their drinks. At Barflies Bars, we pride ourselves on offering excellent value for money, with all drinks being sold at or below normal pub prices (see drinks and prices).

When chosing a mobile bar company, we always advise potential clients to compare the price of drinks, as, regardless of whether they or their guests are to be footing the bill, there is little to be gained from paying more than necessary!
